How findings get checked
Three phases, all in public. Nothing is hidden while it is being checked.

Research
AI reads each candidate's public record and records a stance only with a verbatim quote, a link and a date. A second, independent pass checks that the quote is really on the page. Findings the check cannot confirm are held back as no clear position.

Public check
Anyone who signs in with an email address can agree with a finding or challenge it. A challenge must bring evidence: a link and the exact quote. It counts in full when the link is from the candidate's own verified accounts or an official government site; other posts appear under Unverified evidence. Anyone can report a post.

Ruling
An AI tiebreaker weighs each challenge's evidence and drafts a ruling with its reasons, which the editor publishes. Rulings are shown next to the finding they decide.
What we hold ourselves to
No source, no position
A stance without a quote and a link is shown as no clear position and never counted.
The same rules for everyone
Every candidate is researched and corrected the same way, and listed alphabetically.
No party colors
Agree and disagree use a word, a symbol and a shade. Candidates and parties never get a color.
Open data
Every finding, with its quote, source and review status, is public on this site, and so is every challenge and ruling.
